Donation Refund Policy
- Non-Refundable Donations:
- Donations made to Care House Charitable Trust are generally non-refundable. Once a donation is processed, it is immediately put to use for charitable activities.
- Exceptional Cases:
- Refund requests will be considered in cases of accidental duplicate transactions or technical errors.
- If you believe an error has occurred, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction at info@chct.org.in with details of the donation, including transaction ID and proof of payment.
- Processing Time:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days and will be credited via the original mode of payment.
Membership or Sponsorship Cancellations
- Any cancellation requests for sponsorships, memberships, or recurring donations should be made at least 15 days in advance to avoid future deductions.
